Question:  Can your company sell heating and cooling products to me the homeowner?

Answer:  Yes! - We can sell you any type of heating and cooling product that we offer to you.

Question: Do I have to have a freon license or have some type of hvac license to purchase this type of equipment?

Answer: Yes and no.  You do not have to have a freon license to purchase say an air conditioner from us.  You do not have to have a license to install most of the installation.  (View our DJ'S air conditioning planner at DJ'S air conditioning planner.) You do have to have a license to do the final hook up on an air conditioner and handle the freon on the air conditioning unit.  This is called a start up. What is a start up?  You can purchase anything else from us without a license. (ex: furnace, fireplace, unit heater)

Question: Who will ship me the products when I purchase products from you?

Answer:  DJ'S uses only the finest shipping companies.  Depending on where you live and what you are purchasing, DJ'S will use four different companies. , FedEx, UPS, Yellow Freight Company, and USFHolland Freight Company.  The products can be shipped to your home or for a cheaper shipping rate, the products can be shipped to a business address or you can pick up the products at the local terminal in your city.

 

Question: How long will shipping take once I place my order?

Answer: If we or our distributors have the products in stock.  Shipping should take no more then 7 days.  

 

Question: After I receive my products, can I call or e-mail with questions on installation of the product?

Or once I have purchased the products, there will be no one to help me.

Answer: DJ'S has at least 2 technical support people waiting to help you with any questions.  If we can't help you with your questions, we will help find someone that can.  We are here from 7:30 - 5:00 M-F every week. We are not going anywhere.  A lot of people are afraid of buying online due to the fact that they believe companies will abandon the customer after a purchase has been made.  I guess i can't argue but when you purchase a product from DJS, trust in that we are a real company with real employees.  We are not a garage, 1 man operation.  We will be here to help because we want you back to purchase another product!!
