The Samsung AQV series Inverter Compressor Heat Pump High Wall Ductless Mini Splits are extremely energy
efficient and user friendly. Five units with nominal capacities from 9,000 to 36,000 Btu/h (Cooling and Heating)
are available
with a SEER level of up to 20 and an HSPF level up to of 10.
At the heart of the Samsung ductless heat pump is the SAMSUNG SMART INVERTER TECHNOLOGY. This inverter
is exclusive to Samsung DC drive rotary inverter compressor. This Dc driven compressor features the ability to vary the compressor output to match the capacity required inside the room or zone, based upon the indoor temperature, the requested set point and the outdoor ambient. This technology provides for a faster response to reach the required temperature, and also better maintains the required temperature, this is because the compressor can provide a greater capacity on initial start up, and then reduce the capacity as the unit reaches the set point to match the building load, rather than turning off as would a system with a standard compressor. Samsung's smart inverter is 20% quieter then
most compressors.
