  What are the main differences between these two models?

This is a very popular question when it comes to these two models from Venmar.

 So what is the big difference between the two models?

        Venmar Solo Models

• A Venmar Solo model is a Heat Recovery Ventilator. 

• The Solo model is designed to be used in cold climates such as Minnesota.

• The Solo is great for excessive winter humidity but will bring in added humidity in the summer when in operation.

      Venmar Duo Models

• A Venmar Duo model is a Energy Recovery Ventilator.

• The Duo works best when in operation all year round.

• The Duo is not as good as the Solo model for excessive winter humidity and will not bring in added humidity in the summer.  

• The Duo unit will not add a lot to your cooling load.
