Product Warranty Information

Many manufactures (including a few that we sell) in this business, not all of them,  have stated that they will
not cover any warranty for products sold over the internet.  So the big question is if you buy a product from DJ's, is there any warranty with the product?  Here is the best way for us to explain our warranty policy on the internet.

• If you purchase any product from DJ's, any product, that product comes with some type of manufactures warranty. 

• If the manufacture will not cover the warranty on the product, DJ'S will cover the warranty! 

• We are not interested in selling you a piece of equipment and then if there is a problem, won't help you with the warranty.  To us here, that would be bad business.  If you purchase a product from us and have a part that is under warranty, please contact us and we will replace the part at no charge

• We have a full time person that handles nothing but warranty calls and claims.

     2 issues DJ'S will not cover under warranty is labor on the replacement of parts and the shipping of the parts to you.
